Problem with towny bank and MobHunting achievements

Hello, I'm trying to update to the new version that CustomItemsLib needs to work, I have the towny and mobhunting plugin installed, my problem is that the bank of the cities in towny stays at zero, well it seems that it takes the bank as a new player and cities banks balance is the one set as starting money in CustomItemsLib config.yml, my other problem is that mobhuntin achievements reset and all players lose their progress.
