[2.2] Self-Signed official release
Since the plugin has been struck from official stores, the only way to get the plugin is through these GitHub releases. So I set up a full self-signing process to release the plugin and here's the base version of this brand new pipeline 😀

[2.1] Option dark-mode
This release merge the PR#19 from @Jackymancs4
In this new version you'll have :
- A dark-mode in the Option menu (based on your browser pref)
- A better URL detection in the Option menu
- Fixing the chrome version of the plugin

[1.7-HOTFIX] Using a fixed WISH as redirector
The plugin currently use a fork fixed of the official WhereIsSciHub, Vinni (the author of that tool) can't update his version now so I'm using a fork to have a working plugin !

Change to a weakest permission
As recommanded by @Jackymancs4, the plugin do not need all tabs but only the active one. So I simply changed the plugin's permissions to a weakest and more precise one
