Describe the bug
Unable to extend CaptchaService (see screenshot).

Tell us the version of Spartacus

Library version: 2211.28 (also happens on latest)

Solution
spartacus\projects\storefrontlib\shared\components\captcha\index.ts does not export CaptchaService file (neither MockCaptchaService)
