利用作者预训练过的FPN_Res50D_DOTA1.0_20191218_v2的ckpt文件进行测试时，检测结果不存在问题。
利用exportpb.py将该ckpt文件转换为pb文件后，利用test_exportpb.py进行测试时，得到的所有检测框的score均为0
