Launcher unable to read mod files

Frick i'm starting to feel like i'm annoying
So here's the situation, when I try to launch my modpack with the fancy-launcher, it only launches with forge and no mods, because apparently it can't read the jar files of the mods. Here's an exemple

But when i test using the modpack creator tool it works just fine with all the mods so there's 2 suspects.

1. My website corrupting the files
2. Modpack creator tools building the modpack wrong or the launcher reading it wrong.

Very likely to be a web server misconfiguration or other similar error.
If you provide the link to a bad mod file I can take a look and see what kind of corruption it is

Is there a way i can try with the build of creator tools directly?

Creator tools just uses the launcher internally, it's all the same code.

That's definitely a corrupt JAR file, I assume it's truncated because it can't find the terminating central directory record. Web servers can misbehave in strange ways, I've seen weirder things happen...

Okay so it's my website but one thing i don't understand is that all other files on my website (which was my old modpack that was just the jars of the mod) are not corrupted in any way, only the one generated by creator tools are. Is it because the modpack are a lot of small files and the website didn't like having some many files uploaded/downloaded at once? Maybe. So yeah i'm a bit stuck now.
