Fill the additional metadata in models, where possible

In view of implementing #289, when we can query the models by parameters, we would want to have as many metadata as possible.

At the moment we don't have:

• EOS in Fornax_2019, Fornax_2021, Fornax_2022, Mori_2023
• When the model (like Fornax_2022, Warren_2020 and Nakazato_2013) produce black holes, set the flag metadata["Black hole"]=true
• Any other stuff?
