The problem

When I try to run the application locally I get this error:

It looks like these are missing in appsettings.json:

Suggested solution

Put the appsettings in Keeper and update the README to tell people how to set up secrets.

Acceptance Criteria

I can set up the application locally without needing to ask someone for help.
