video splash screen - splash video is not playing in demo applications

Demo applications are not showing the splash video in starting in emulator

I tried with different video but in the demo video (splash.mp4) only audio track is there, so i tried normal video with sound and visual. in that case also I am unable to see the splash screen before app launches.

Tried custom, video_finished applications in the repo.

In custom_start example, only the console logs are correct but seeing the screen before the 10 seconds, where i supposed to see the splash screen for 10 secs until app launches (either video or image) see the below screenshot

In TV, I used usb packaging tool - 2018 model TV, getting error in installing app. PFA screenshot
