Feature request: add a shoreline report logging feature to the zoo workflow

CoastSat_package currently has a feature that generates a extracted Shoreline report that details how the shoreline extraction process went for each image and what images were removed from the final set of extracted shorelines and why. This feature currently does not exist in the zoo workflow for extracting shorelines.

• generate a extra shorelines report

• report what classes were extracted from each image

• report what images were filtered out and why

• report the location where the extracted shorelines data was saved
