Feature Request: Allow Users to Specify Where to Save Sessions

Often users want to save sessions to a particular output location. Currently coastseg does not allow users to choose where to save a session because all sessions are save to CoastSeg/sessions. If this behavior is to change the code that loads in session data will need to be adjusted so it works for any session directory as well as any code for saving the location of the session to file. The UI will also need to be adjusted to allow the user to select the location of the session path.
