Unable to Scroll large files. #3

On Firefox 68.0.1, desktop, large files cannot be scrolled.
Overflow is controlling the site's size instead of the code panel.

I was unable to reproduce the issue after I cleared my browser's cache. However, using the touch pad / mouse wheel to navigate through the gist is not possible, not sure if it's intended or a framework's issue? If so you can remove this issue.
