CDK version out of date

Subject of the issue

The CDK version used by the currently released package on PyPi is quite out of date. The currently released package is using CDK version 2.95 which is a year old at this point and lacks a lot of changes that have been implemented to CloudFormation since then. Please release a new version with updated CDK dependency.
