A change introduced in #8983 seems to have broken the releaser workflow.

Reported error:

Invalid workflow file: .github/workflows/releaser.yml#L59
The workflow is not valid. In .github/workflows/releaser.yml (Line: 59, Col: 11): 
Error from called workflow Scille/parsec-cloud/.github/workflows/package-client.yml@ac37863fe78e7ddccac1d3b7a1cd1c6d2e46d1d5: 
Unexpected tag '!(github.event_name'
