LOD implementation only generates terrain chunk that the viewer is present on #37

Title. Terrain chunks around the viewer are not shown in the hierarchy window (or created at all) until the viewer is moved to a new area where a new terrain chunk can be generated. AKA the only chunk(s) ever generated are the ones the viewer is standing or has stood on.

I am using Unity 2021.2.7f Personal Edition.
