Im using 2020.3.6, saw you were using 3.2 might that explain it?
I didnt touch anything just opened the project in 3.6 and clicked play, no errors in console.

See picture for how it looks after i press play. No mousebutton presses after that so no manual terraforming was performed.

Also I turned off clouds and athmosphere and underwater FX but nothing fixes this landmass generation issue, looks like a marching cubes issue?

Thanks a lot man I love your projects and watch all your videos! hope I can get this working!

Still cant figure it out. Using 3.2 doesnt fix it either. As I said no errors, nothing. but i do remember an error that im unable to reproduce now, it said I need to set .blend files to open automatically with blender, but I have Blender installed already and now the error doesnt occur anymore either way.
Also when searching for .blend files in the project there dont seem to be any, which leads me to think there are .blend files but they are tranformed into another file on first opening of the project, maybe this somehow went wrong for me?

Im really at a loss, re-downloading the project and opening it fresh as a ''new'' project through Unity Hub doesnt seem to fix it either.

I appreciate your help and your time.

Thanks,
-zevon

I've tried seeing if your bug happens to me but when I download the project and open it, the scene is completely empty for some reason. Maybe it's because I'm on the newest (or one of the newest?) versions of unity (2020.3.13) - Am I doing something wrong? (I have no idea which scripts to attach where, It's a little confusing for my oddly small mind)

Never mind I found out why almost immediately, I completely forgot about pressing on the scene with everything - I cannot reproduce this bug on Unity 2020.3.13

You are completely out of line pea brain.
Go learn basic Unity and then come back.
Theres a thing called the "Play Button", try pressing that to actually run your game, scene mode is for MAKING your game,
Before yu press that big old play button though, first you have to open the correct "Scene". Your little peas brain will figure it out eventually, but even you shouldve already figured this out after 10 days.
So how about you delete your trash comments and if needed in the future start your own thread.

You do realise, that sometimes people are actually trying to help you, don't you, @zevonbiebelbrott ?

@Fisch37 sure, but not this time, isnt that obvious?

@zevonbiebelbrott Oh, I think they tried. But the contents of the message you replied to is quite irrelevant, as the tone of your message is way too aggressive.

It was a joke lighten up, go read a book you might know one day who you are talking to

Relax with the chaos zevon. I know lots about unity, and I also don't need to get so aggressive, please stay calm dude. I just forgot about pressing on the correct scene since usually unity loads in the current scene that the person was working on earlier. Also I did try helping by saying that I cannot reproduce it even on Unity 2020.3.13 (the version you were using earlier). Maybe you didn't read that, oh how sorry I definitely am for not making it clear that you might need to that you might need to reinstall your unity.

Also as Fisch said please chill. Maybe I would've tried finding out the problem if you could ask in a nicer manner instead of calling me some rather odd things. Keep that as a lesson for next time

Maybe you haven't realized also, I figured it out a few minutes after I was having trouble. I'm not sure where your 10 days came from, unless you're confused with days and minutes.

Anyways, lets act like that never happened and be peaceful, it might be a problem with the shader? I'm not too good with shaders but maybe yours isn't working or something?

Hi, I have the same issue. How did you fix it?

@danielstegeman

Is the issue occuring on a pc with an AMD GPU by chance? I have this same issue on my AMD desktop, but not on my Nvidea laptop.

I can confirm that this problem occurs on specifically the RX 480, but maybe more AMD GPUs

I'm using an AMD gpu and I approve of this comment, Anyone found a workaround fix for AMD users yet?

My terrain generates all fine, but my character often drops through it when building new terrain (via left-click). Then aster a brief bit of white the screen turns blue indefinitely (I'm assuming i've entered the water at the planets core.) I tried throwing some sticky lights and they fall away then reappear later flying past me.

Any ideas what's happened

I assume it's collision issues in my situation, I often fell into the ground since my terrain generation is not working properly.

It works well now. Can someone point the way for me, how do I make different shapes like a cube instead of a sphere. Or maybe a very small marching cubes object like a tree? Thanks Get Outlook for Androidhttps://aka.ms/ghei36
