Suggestion: Tweaks for Desktop #24

While the UI is great for mobile, I feel it could use a little tweaking on desktop. Specifically:

Change the left-side drawer to be a permanent drawer that stays out the whole time (possibly with an option to collapse it still)
Change the rows to be 2 columns to list more torrents on one page. In addition to this, have them displayed as material-ui cards (standard cards, with spacing and shadow between the cards, to help separate the visual clutter).
