All Senit Admin users must approve their IP address by form of a return email with a link - similar to how BitGo approves users of their online web wallet.

When a admin logs in from a NEW ip address, the user is to be sent a email that contains links to approve their IP address.

The admin must log in with full username and password first - and a message is displayed on the login screen letting them know to check their email address to verify their IP

the email can be very similar to the one they sent out - Chantelle can change the header to a senit header is all with our logo on dark blue

Server side except the email template is done
