This is an issue with your launcher and Curseforge, they keep changing the modpack format and breaking third-party launchers until they can update to fix it.

If you're using PrismLauncher, this might have just been fixed here but will still need to wait for an update to be released.

EDIT: That doesn't appear to be the fix, I've made an issue
