Network Variables - Timed out attempting to send network variable {variable}

Description

I am trying to make statistics on my server network which can be requested and updated by any server on the network.

Actual Behavior

When attempting to create the network variable it says "Timed out attempting to send network variable {variable}" in console.

Expected Behavior

Successfully create the network variable which can be accessed by any server in the network running Skript & Skungee.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Attempt to make a network variable
