I think there's conflict with display name of player expression.
command /hello: trigger: send "Hello %(sender).getDisplayName()%&r!" send "Hello %display name of sender%&r!"
The code above, if you use skript-reflect, first send effect will send "Hello display name of player!" but second one will send "Hello <none>!"
