Incompatibility with new Delta-V calculator in MechJeb #7

Something is causing an issue with the new Delta-V calculator in the dev branch of MechJeb. Attaching either the Orion forward bay cover or heatshield causes the Delta-V stats function of MJ to flicker and not update.

There's also a problem with the RSRMV, causing its thrust to be miscalculated by MJ, it showing as being lower than it actually is.

Let me know if this is a problem that's better to take up with the MJ devs.

Haven't worked with MechJeb's dev branch but this seems like a MechJeb issue to me. I'll see what I can do but I'd take it up with the MechJeb devs.
