Add ability to access downloaded files

Currently there is no way to access the "Downloads" folder after Skyvern downloaded all files.

Ideally, also waiting until download succeeds (if any got started) before shutting down the browser.

i guess i didn't push the change to the OSS repo. i will do it this week.
