New Drawbridge #65
Comments
It would be cool if it didn't have an inventory, and only could take the blocks infront of it and move them to its back, so it would look like the whole row of blocks is just moving along an axis. |
That axis idea would be interesting. However, there is not a single person developing TMech. |
@TherminatorX I do, but haven't had much time lately. |
@fuj1n That is new news to many, good news for many, and no gnus for some. Continuing the discussion, since MC has the /clone command, and people have already done the whole sliding door thing with command blocks, it seems like this would require some effort to implement, but not as much. Also, specifying which direction to pull/push would be great (eg. blocks in front of you could go above you) |
Hmm, thinking about it, there could be some issues with pulling fluids, torches, and such. There would have to be a way to specify which blocks are being moved, and something telling if they can move/be placed. Also, sand. |
Will work on the drawbridge next. |
This would be fantastic for my portcullises. |
A feature I would love to see is a drawbridge type, that can have 2 side out put, that can be configured so that when one side retracts another side extends, not sure how easy an implementation it would be, but it would lead to some very neat, secret door/bridge combos, and save on building space.
