Config doesn't work.

When I change the required XP for leveling up in the config (from 500 to 200 for all tools) it doesn't work in-game. The tools still need 500 XP to level up. This has been recreated with the latest Mantle, TIC and TTL.

Might be because I'm doing something wrong, but to my understanding you only need to change the base EXP for a tool to your desired amount.

Have you tried re-generating the config file? (Just delete it)
Then start the game once and do the changes. Maybe your file has some broken part in it.

Find the folder that your modpack is stored in, open the config folder and search for TinkerToolLeveling.cfg

I tried to do this but didn't work
I wanted to add tinker tool leveling on stranded forever however the default settings are way too op i wanted to make it really harder to level up it's sad that I can't change the config of something you should be able to
i want to make the base xp five time higher than by default (replacing 500 by 2500 and 4500 by 22500)

even if i put the config on "read only" in properties it still don't work
if it can't edit the file it create a new .TMP one with the default config
