Add not only RSS reader functionality to

generate your own RSS feed
manage your RSS feeds you are reading - your blogroll
manage others lists
share lists of blogs with others

Would need to handle (consume and/or generate) at least RSS, Atom, OPML. Possibly others.

Should probably not be considered "core" SolidOS functionality, but certainly an important add-on.
