Pillar chapter - put book skeleton in there as it is the way most people would use it. #2

The chapter mostly goes about pillar and html. I would have a piece on book - skeleton.

For enterprise docs it is the way to do it I think.

The problem is that there is no nice way to do it yet. We just copy/paste from a book to another. When there is a fix, we update everything manually. The book skeleton project is nice but not maintained and hard to use (pillar-markup/pillar#68).
