Improvements to "list of articles" URL feature

• Would like the relateds to appear
• Would like to keep the list on the left even if you click on the related
• Does not particularly care for the next
• The sidebar to scroll (see Have the sidebar follow you down as you scroll #857)

I'm writing these down to track them, not to suggest we work on them. Since this feature was meant as an MVP, I think we should discuss the objectives before we put in much more work on the feature.
