Have just got this:
Its a bluetooth keyboard with a solid base and a slot into which you can fit tablets, phones etc. It feels good a solid build and can connect to up to three devices at once (the blue buttons switch between them). Unfortunately the slot which holds the devices is not quite long enough for the starlite and a phone, but it holds the starlite nicely.
The angle between screen and keyboard is fixed of course, but seems to work well (for me) both on a table and also on my lap - haven't yet tried it in bed!
Wishing I'd known this before ordering with the ghastly StarLabs keyboard. Bluetooth 5.1 is working fine with latest firmware 24.07. I use it with a bluetooth mouse anyway cos I hate trackpads. Once setup (simple) it connects on bootup before login to Ubuntu (24.04) so you can use it for password entry when starting. It requires a couple of keypresses to first connect on start and also if the star has gone to sleep.
Of course you need a case for it (although it is supplied in a neat compact stout cardboard box which will suffice for a while), and you have to charge it (usbC) separately - no idea of battery life yet.
Only £34 on Amazon currently. Arteck HB206-2 Bluetooth Keyboard. StarLabs should consider offering this as an alternative to the flopsy one.
