Make everything public, setup contribution guidelines and document things so the public and contribute to the project.

Migrate code base to GitHub
Write architecture documentation
Write contributor documentation (with dev machine setup, compiling guide, and debugging guide)
Update code to be more portable and less dependent on my Azure environment
Add CI/CD automation to update Azure infrastructure on merge to master
