"manage files" tiddler not refreshing in IE after clicking "upload file" #17

In IE8, after selecting the image to be uploaded, then clicking the "upload file" button, the file uploads properly, but you can close the "manage files" tiddler, and reopen it to see it properly.

What should happen is that the information in the tiddler changes to:
Image Uploaded

You can include this image into a tiddlywiki using the code below :

IE 8 and IE 9 open up a new tab with the info... I'm not sure why, that might be good enough though.
