Do we want to implement a system that reminds the student about a deadline?

Say, HW7 is due at 9pm on Sunday. If it's not complete by 5pm, send the student a reminder.

I like this idea a lot. Especially useful for when people just forget to submit or don't realize that a file is missing etc.

For people that have had an extension, they know what their own circumstances are, so the system email is just a friendly reminder.
