this is the error message. Can you help me solve it?

I faced with the same problem. I asked the support and this is their answer:

If you want to look up the maximum dimensions for a specific destination country and service level, I would recommend using the IMM country list on Postal Explorer (http://pe.usps.gov/text/Imm/immctry.htm) although I understand that manually looking up these details is not ideal.

Also they said that this API request might be included in new release later this year
