Constantly times out when sending data to SumoLogic

When using this we see timeouts and only receive a couple messages from Atlas because of a 429 rate limit error when sending to sumologic. Is there a way around this? I've attempted to reduce the number of workers to 1, the max_retry factor to 0 and throw time.sleeps in before every network request but I cannot seem to get under the rate limit when using this.

it should automatically resume sending data to sumo, you can try creating a support ticket to increase the burst limit.
