Copy constructors broken

With latest D changes it produces broken code.
Generating an 'inout' copy constructor for ... failed, therefore instances of it are uncopyable

this (ref const(SomeStruct) other) { ... }

it should be something like

this (ref inout SomeStruct other) inout { ... }
