Jobs-template is broken, file is missing ~400 lines from previous version #99

The jobs-template command is missing the first ~400 lines when compared to its previous version:

https://github.com/TACC-Cloud/agave-cli/blob/master/bin/jobs-template

No idea how it happened, but it is an oversight and definitely not intended.
(Discovered this issue with Brandi while helping a user)
