for data orders, replace screenshot and area of interest uploads with a mini map which permits drawing of area of interest with webmap tools on the fly directly in the form

on load, map should start at zoom/bounding box of the collection since the AOI will be submitted for ordering a collection and there is no data beyond it's bounding box. if we don't have the data extent, maybe we could use the counties associated with the collection (like county coverage).
i wonder how we could or should incorporate the geofilter designated focus area (since it's in the store) if set.... just playin with ideas
