Add button to the register/login popup that uses the new blockchain auth service to register new accounts.

  1. get nonce from the auth service
  2. sign nonce
  3. send signed nonce to the auth service and get JWT back.

We'll need to fine-tune the flows for this as the Profile section of the community site crashes or doesn't make sense if some data is missing from the original flow.
