  • I have read and understood the contribution guidelines.

Affected version

0.27.3

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Click any video that has a URL to a YouTube Playlist in its description
  2. Click the Playlist URL.

Expected behavior

this should minimize the current video your watching and display the Playlist whose URL you clicked on directly in the app.

Actual behavior

Opens the Playlist in whatever browser you've got set as the default.
I figured maybe it was an intentional change and that I could find a setting to disable opening Playlist URLs externally but unfortunately it appears this was accidentally messed up between versions

Screenshots/Screen recordings

For now there's a quick alternative I can do: once it's opened in my browser I can tap on the 3 dots of my browser, tap share and then "share" it to NewPipe.
But previously it would open in-app which certainly was easier

Works just fine here. Maybe your app links got messed up somehow. Try enabling them again from app info.
