Hi Telios team,

I'm wondering why my protonmail address will not work when sending from the telios app on a mac.

Best,

Eric

Have you confirmed your message from Telios to Protonmail did not end up in spam? There was another user who had a similar issue with Protonmail and they were holding the message in quarantine. When he reached out to Protonmail support about the message they unblocked further emails from Telios. This may be due to our mailing IP address being new and hitting certain filters they have on their end for spam or malicious emails.

I just looked and I don't have the message from Telios in spam on protonmail.

I double-checked this on my end and sent an email to my Protonmail account without any issues. Is it possible the email you sent to PM was flagged as malicious? For instance sending a test email with TEST as the subject and a bunch of garbage in the message body.

From there, I would reach out to PM support to see why this email is not being delivered. There doesn't appear to be any issues on our end sending to their mailserver.

Also feel free to reach out to us on Discord if you have any further issues.
