这个功能解决了什么问题

在弹窗中使用treeSelect进行城市选择，打开弹窗后，treeSelect无法将选中的值滚动至顶部或者可见区域，交互不太友好

你建议的方案是什么

希望treeSelect在接收值后，可以自动滚动至可见区域或者顶部
