这个功能解决了什么问题

当应用放在app容器中时，popup的element挂载地点可能影响页面表现
每个popup层都单独设置attach太麻烦，如果可以全局配置就好了。

你建议的方案是什么

添加相关全局配置

默认挂载的就是body 如果全局配置 全部挂载在其他某个节点，又是什么场景嘞？

默认挂载的就是body 如果全局配置 全部挂载在其他某个节点，又是什么场景嘞？

比如一个页面中有多个app的时候，不同app做了css样式隔离；

再比如把app放进其他的app容器中，全局应该可以配置挂载在容器顶层而不是body里面（会造成样式丢失）
