Issue Summary

The Github icon in the footer and 'Become A Contributor' button in Our Contributor Section should open GitHub page.

Steps to Reproduce

(for example) Went to Footer and Our Contributor Section
Clicked on GitHub icon and 'Become A Contributor' button
