As a design task, decide how we want to implement category filtering in the NUnit tree.

What should it look like (hide vs highlight)
Will it appear differently depending on whether we are showing fixtures or not?
How should it be actuated by the user?

Once decided, we'll change this to a Feature issue and implement.
