GUI crashes if an extension throws an exception while it is being loaded. #989

What should happen:

Issue a clear message, giving the user the choice of whether to continue or not
If the user continues, disable that extension

Moving this to the next beta because it will require changes to the TestCentric.Metadata assembly.
