1.20.1 Still happening, dockless dock drain with pipez and more

Just reporting the bug, same thing as already reported for 1.19.2, draining items with an empty dock.

Extra info, unsure if it is from this or from pipez mod, but the lock function is completely ignored for transferring items as shown in the image, the red items disappear after removing the lock function.
Also it requires the destination tool to work at all, tested in a new world with only dank and pipez installed.

Only used 1 transfer upgrade to lock all 3 meaning it still passes, first image showing 3 locked, second image showing empty after unlocking without any connection, meaning it was already transferred to the chest.

I've fixed this for good in 1.21, but if I backport the fix it will break existing worlds so this will probably stay as is.
