[Issue]: When using manual risk name, an empty risk name is not marked as Red

Issue Description

For a risk, when choosing to use manual risk name, an risk name text field is not surrounded by a red box which indicates that this is mandatory. Ctrl-S shows that the tool checks for this field and highlights it as an error

Duplicate Steps

1. Take any risk, click on "Replace with Manual Risk Name"
   
2. The text field is not marked as red
   
3. Ctlr-S, shows that the error is identified
   

Expected Results

Mark the risk name text field as mandatory (red box)
