[Issue]: Display management decision into the risks "Import Data" dialog

Issue Description

When an application is using a SDK that transfers some of the risks to the integrator, those need to be imported.
In the "Import Data" dialog, it should be a plus to see the "Mgnt Decision" column for risks, to clearly identify the transferred ones.
