Qr Code download not working after installing plugins

Before installing autoplugins I used Qrcode to download autopuginsII

After installing some plugins an reboot the vita, the qrcode download don't work anymore, when I scan a qrcode the app ask me if I want to download the file in the url, no url show on the dialog box and if I press X this end up with an error
