Unable to download videos/ shorts play only at standard speed/ no iVanced folder on local files

YouTube iVanced version 19.08.2-3.0.3-ivanced
Installed on iPhone 14, iOS 17.3.1 via AppDB

Downloading videos/shorts gets stuck at 100% without finishing and shorts play only at 1x speed. To solve the problem I had to downgrade to v19.05.5 (like with #25).

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Sideload YouTube iVanced v19.08.2

• (For shorts playback speed) play any video and adjust playback speed.
• Play any Short while video with adjusted playback speed is playing/is finished, but not dismissed.

• (For the download bug) press the uYou button and select download type/resolution.
• Download gets stuck at 100% without finishing.

iVanced folder appeared after restarting the phone two times and opening/closing the app. Manually deleting contained fes and letting the application generate them again didn't help with the other issues.
