New Video Scan

I had an idea for a feature where you would make a list of channels (maybe in the config or another file). Then, when you opened the program, you could have it check if those channels had new videos and scan them. Currently, I manually check all my favorite channels to see what their new videos are so that I can scan them, but if this was automatic it would be so cool.

I understand that this might be difficult to implement, but I just wanted to put the idea out there for your consideration.
